Smartphone Setup
We will set up your new phone and bring all data, photos and applications over from your old device.
You will need to provide us with any relevant accounts and passwords for us to do this but we will not retain any of this information.
One on One Tuition
Spend one on one time with our resident techie Mark who will sit down with you and tutor you on all the things you want to learn about.
Computer Hardware Upgrades and Decommissioning
Need a RAM or Hard Drive upgrade? Bring your device in and we can discuss your options. We can also decommission and dispose of your old hardware securely and put your data on to your new device.
PC Builds for Gaming and Business
Come and discuss your requirements with us and we will put together a quote for the build. The sky's the limit!
Hardware and Software Supply and installation, Training and Troubleshooting
Whether it's straightforward home installations or comprehensive networked office setups, we've got you covered. Encountering software or account issues? We're committed to working with you to resolve your concerns swiftly. Our expertise extends to troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows issues, as well as addressing challenges with Android and iOS smart devices.

Pricing
TELEVISION INSTALLATION (Freestanding)
up to 65 inch - $120
75 inch > - $200
TV installation covers delivery, unboxing, installation of the included feet or stand, connecting peripheral devices, and a 15-minute tutorial to assist with logging into streaming accounts and configuring the TV for use. Additionally, we offer packaging removal if needed.
A cost estimate will be necessary for wall mounting or concealed wiring installations prior to commencing the work.
REMOVAL OF OLD TV FOR DISPOSAL - $65
SMARTPHONE SETUP - $85
Smartphone setup covers transferring all data and apps from your existing phone to your new handset. We will also give you a short tutorial on your new phone if needed.

Weekday - $100 + GST
Weekend - $125 + GST
Public Holiday - $150 + GST
CALL OUT / SITE VISIT FEES
Weekday - $120 + GST (includes first 15 minutes)
